One day we may finally understand it, but for now, it must rest a mystery, a true gem, worthy of praise like that of Shakespearean works.
Nah, but I seriously wouldn't be surprised if he said that and continued to troll people waiting for another enormous webcomic-epic by finishing Bard Quest.

Normally, I'd admonish anyone complaining about a non-video-game hiatus (as an example, one of my favorite video games hasn't seen light in 26 years), but Homestuck hiatuses are downright awful. I wouldn't blame you for being at least a little impatient after taking the brunt of the gigapause. (I know I am...)

It depends on how meta you want to be. Yes, Homestuck is technically a video game, but it's a webcomic about the folks playing the video game, unless it's Hiveswap you want to talk about. That's a video game about a video game.
