GOSH YEAH I picked up on how abusive that was (mainly because that ship had at least some shipping-goggles material after my initial reading binge, ha ha). Though it seems the people who make fanart for that ship actually acknowledge that sometimes. Why? Why do so many Homestuck shippers have to ship problematic ships? Also, why Gamzee? Why, why whyyy?

Because... Hussie himself is trash and thus attracts trash?

Hmm... I don't know about Hussie as a person, but he sure unleashed hell upon shippers everywhere. (I'm also not fond of how often he trolls us in regards to updates... yikes.)

The first few times were okay. Really, we should have seen that coming, but after so long, it's really worn out the novelty.

(I'm also not fond of how often he trolls us in regards to updates... yikes.) *raises eyebrows* Was that use of "trolls" on purpose? LOL. In any case...jeez, Hussie. I'm doubting that this will be the last update, at least slightly, given his history.

He's going to wait and try to end it on a 4/13
The question is whether he will make it on 4/13/16 or if we're going to still be waiting in 2017
... or worse

I have the sinking that it's ending on 4/13/4130 or some other far-off date. Alternatively, it could be on 6/12 or 11/11, but those are much less important dates that I doubt will be resurfacing.
Either way, the last update will probably be the second coming of the Great Newgrounds Crash. (At least, I hope it's going to be something grand and not "John slips on a banana peel and falls into the void or something" for 30 panels.)

Don't forget 10/21. If anything I feel like that might resurface at some point. Cascade is arguably the most important part of the comic, if he's going to pick another day to end it, that would be it...
and yeah. I really hope shit finally goes down. All the conversations were neat but it's time.

What I'm really concerned about is what's next. Hussie's said that Homestuck is not his magnum opus. (0n0)

[In a literature teacher's voice] The real art of Bard Quest is its parallels to the futility of life... Its haunting, unfinished stems that lead to nowhere... Its pseudo-Freudian imagery... Truly, it is better than the immaturity of Homestuck.
